Funeral services for Minnie Lou Jennings Bland, age 94, of Jacksonville, are scheduled for 10:00 am Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Autry Funeral Home chapel, Jacksonville with Pastor Dwayne Dodd officiating.
Burial will follow at Union Grove Cemetery in Troup.
Mrs. Bland passed away Sunday, July 25, 2010 in Jacksonville.
She was born April 21, 1916 in Troup, TX.
Mrs. Bland was a member of the Assembly of God and was a plant farm employee.
She is preceded in death by her former husbands Ray Jennings and Walter Bland, sons Bill Jennings and Kenneth Jennings and great granddaughter Holly Jennings.
Survivors include sons Bob Jennings and wife Sue of Sedan, KS., Dan Jennings and wife Marie of Jacksonville; daughter Jackie Lou Carter and husband Riley of Grand Saline; twenty three grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; numerous great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Rick Jennings, Rocky Jennings, Kenny Ray Jennings, Charlie Jennings, Terry Gilstrap and Brandon Jennings.
Honorary pallbearers will be Raylan Jennings and Troy Richardson.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 – 9:00 pm Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at Autry Funeral Home, Jacksonville.
